Refund policy

• The great thing about Mr Yard Cards is that we will go places where other companies won't.
• However, if an agent feels unsafe we will cancel and give a full refund. We will notify you asap if this situation occurs.
• We will not be able to install yard cards in severe weather conditions , we'll notify you to come up with a new date.
• If we are unable to set up due to ground hardness, not enough lawn space, construction on the street, or no lawn at all, we will cancel the order and deduct a cancellation fee of $50 from the refund.  
• In the event you have to cancel it must be within 6 hours after payment is received to get a full refund. 
• Refunds take 5-10 days to process.
• Rescheduling is based on date and interests availability. 
• NO REFUNDS on Custom Messages and Orders (including Custom Birthdays).
• PLEASE NOTE Custom Messages are non-refundable and pre-paid. 
• Due to the nature of custom message we only offer rescheduling. NO REFUNDS.
